Hi, I'm Clark 

I’m Clark—an engineer, entrepreneur, and community builder who left the corporate grind to create a life of purpose and impact. After nearly two decades at companies like Allstate and Microsoft, I stepped out on my own, founding THAT Conference and connecting with thousands of engineers over the past 15 years. I’ve walked the path of burnout, reinvention, and rediscovery, which fuels my passion for helping others uncover their true calling. As a coach, I combine authenticity, experience, and a love for growth to help seasoned engineers align their work with what truly matters and build a life they’re proud of.

Clark is one of the main reasons I am where I am today. He was the reason I got to go to my first tech conference (THAT Conference TX in 2024), and his advice during a coaching session had a huge impact on me landing my first job in tech.
